Entrepreneur and author, Elizabeth Allen, will be our guest speaker at May’s Chamber luncheon. Elizabeth’s presentation will challenge both the employer and employee and how they must respond to rapidly changing market conditions. She will explore how to achieve measurable trust within the context of the employer / employee relationship, especially in today’s hyper-divisive world. Elizabeth draws on Steven Covey’s work, At The Speed of Trust, that identifies a method in which individuals (within a corporate context) can build measurable trust between one another.
Elizabeth Allen is Principal of MarketSmartz, a sales consulting firm based in Kansas City, Missouri. A frequent speaker, Elizabeth is a business thought leader who delivers cutting-edge insights and practical advice from her extensive work in strategic market planning, national brand execution, and executive sales management.
Elizabeth has served as a facilitator for The Kauffman Foundation's FastTrac program and as a mentor for the University of Kansas MBA Graduates Program. Elizabeth has consulted as a marketing expert for projects with Sprint, IBM, 3M, and Pfizer, and is a founding member of the Kansas City United Way Women’s Leadership Council.
