Key elections are occurring in Johnson County and in KCMO, so be sure to get out and vote.
The first, and receiving the most press, is the KCI new terminal vote.
The Chamber Board voted in July to lend their support, along with many other civic partners in the region, for the concept of a single terminal at KCI. A new terminal is of critical importance to the future of our region’s ability to attract and retain businesses and jobs. Our airport is our first opportunity to make a good impression on business travelers coming to Kansas City to work with our existing businesses, or looking to move their business to Kansas City.
We need to make sure that “everything’s up to date in Kansas City”.
If you, your friends, or employees live in Kansas City, Missouri, we hope you will encourage otehrs to support this important initiative for our region that will NOT create new taxes for individuals or businesses in Kansas City.
