THE BUSINESS CASE FOR DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION
In today’s business environment, it seems everyone is talking about diversity, equity, and inclusion. It’s no longer just the right thing to do, but research shows there is a strong business case for having a diverse workforce.
Join us for the Chamber's virtual 2020 Annual Meeting and hear from local businesses who will share their journey for finding success in a diverse business community and get tips on how to incorporate strategies within your own companies.
We will also highlight they ways the Chamber has adapted and stayed relevant during this challenging year to meet the needs of our members, and set out the Chamber’s vision and plans for advocating the needs of the business community in 2021.
We will announce our 2020 Hall of Fame award recipient, as well as thank those who have volunteered their time to help the Leawood Chamber deliver "Business Personalized" to our member businesses and community.
