Women's Series 1 | Gender Blindspots: Why Diversity Matters

Women's Series 1 | Gender Blindspots: Why Diversity Matters

In this first session of our Women's Series, Denise Mills, Chief Mindset Officer of The LeaderFuel Center, will explore the issue of gender blind spots and the differences in the way men and women problem-solve, make decisions, and lead.

Denise will show us how embracing these unique styles of communication can boost productivity and dramatically improve business results, and why, as a corollary of this, businesses should be more intentional in seeking out and engaging diversity in the workplace.

This event is for men and women at all stages of their career.

Gender Blindspots: Why Diversity Matters

It’s no surprise that men and women are different. Research proves that embracing these differences at work will lead toward better and bolder outcomes, including greater profitability.
Learn how men and women’s unique styles and social conditioning can unintentionally create frustrations and miscommunications in the workplace.
Denise will open our eyes to blind spots we have in the differences of how women and men work and lead. She will share why we must be intentional and deliberate in seeking out and engaging diversity on our teams.
She will provide practical tips for women to be more intentional in advancing their career. For the men in the room, Denise will share practical tips on how to more effectively engage women at work.
